Luxe & Co. is a luxury concierge hospitality company specializing in Event Management and Coordination, Luxury Travel Planning, Event Rentals and Decor Services, and Private Chef, Meal Prep and Custom Treat Services. We strive for excellence and convenience that won't break the bank with a luxury feel to give you a one of a kind event experience. B. Luxe & Co. was established in 2022 by our owner Briana J., a graduate in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and Certified Travel Advisor from Fora expanding to the hospitality company it is today. Meet The Owner

Briana Jenkins As a seasoned event planner, hospitality professional, certified travel advisor, and luxury chef, Briana Jenkins brings unparalleled expertise and passion to creating unforgettable experiences. Growing up in a military family, she was immersed in a world of travel, living in destinations from Germany to Alaska, which shaped her global perspective and love for hospitality.
From a young age, Briana’s creativity and drive were evident. In high school, she explored diverse industries through CTE courses, gaining foundational skills in fields like food and beverage, marketing, entrepreneurship, and hospitality. A pivotal moment came when a representative from Johnson & Wales University (JWU) inspired her to pursue her dream of becoming an event planner. Determined to excel, Briana graduated early with honors from JWU Charlotte in 2020, earning a B.S. in Hotel & Lodging Management. She customized her degree with specializations in wedding planning, sommelier management, and entrepreneurship, preparing herself for a dynamic career.
Throughout her professional journey, Briana has achieved remarkable milestones. She contributed to the luxury suite department at the Carolina Panthers Stadium, interned with Designs by Devereux, and played an integral role in curating high-profile events, including those for Cynthia Bailey of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Her expertise has taken her across the country, producing events for thousands and coordinating hospitality for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
With a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Briana’s passion for crafting memorable moments is evident in every endeavor she undertakes.

Gracie Taylor - Special Events Assistant
Growing up in six different states taught me the importance of building community wherever you are. With each move, my passion for planning and organizing grew stronger. I love creating meaningful and memorable experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.
Alexis Bethea - Special Events Assistant
Alexis is a recent graduate from UNC Charlotte who was born and raised in Durham, NC. After receiving her BA in Communication Studies–Mass Media, she has gone to pursue her career in Marketing and Events. Alexis fell in love with events during college where she sat on the programming board at her university. In the business of “making things pretty” we can’t wait for you to meet Alexis at your next experience!
